The Application Process
After we’ve received your complete application including a motivational cover letter, CV and written references/certificates, you’ll be invited to a recruitment day held in your region. These recruitment days are usually conducted four times per year on a regional basis. Our main goal is to introduce you to cip, to provide you with further details regarding the job as a Brand Ambassadors and to personally get to know you better using presentations and role-playing activities. You’ll receive feedback from us within a couple of days following your participation in the recruitment.
Your Career at cip
In order to get you integrated in the cip team as quickly as possible, we invite you to attend our basic training workshop prior to your first assignment. Afterwards, we then continue to keep you up-to-date on the latest products and trends by offering follow-up training workshops on a regular basis. This gives you the perfect opportunity to continually expand your product knowledge base throughout your Brand Ambassadors career, making you a specialist as a member of our Core Team.
